Business Development Representative Flexible, Field-Based Opportunity | Work From Home + Local Territory Focus Area: Atlanta Metro | North Atlanta | Cobb | Gwinnett Are you already working in or around home health, physical therapy, hospice, or senior care—and know exactly how referrals, relationships, and local visibility drive growth? Help expand our clients’ presence across healthcare communities. This is a flexible, base+commission opportunity. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with local referral sources: Promote our clients’ services in the community Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple referral sources, educating them on available services. Organize and prioritize outreach efforts and utilize time efficiently Ideal Candidates Have Experience in healthcare sales, outreach, marketing, or referrals Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation Part-time role (10–20 hours/week) Base + Commission with performance bonuses Work Location This is a remote, field-based role.
