Business Development Representative Flexible, Field-Based Opportunity | Work From Home + Local Territory Focus Area: Atlanta Metro | North Atlanta | Cobb | Gwinnett Are you working in or around home health, physical therapy, hospice, or senior care—and know exactly how referrals, relationships, and local visibility drive growth? We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with referral sources, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will possess solid understanding of local referral sources: Assisted Living, Medical Practices (Ortho, Primary Care, Neuro, etc), and other health care professionals. Skills in medical sales and business development; building relationships and account maintenance preferred. Duties Identify and pursue new referral sources through research and networking. Develop and maintain relationships. Utilize CRM to manage leads, track progress, and report on daily activities. Collaborate with management to create effective strategies for market penetration and growth. Participate in local networking events and activities. Qualifications Previous experience in home health, medical sales, business development, community relations, physician liaison, marketing and outreach roles preferred. Familiarity with google sheets, HCHB, Zoho, PCC, or similar customer relationship management software. Strong time management and planning skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to building long-term relationships. Ability to manage multiple accounts. Strong presentation skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn. SEO Specialist Flexible, Remote WFH Opportunity | Local Candidates A Plus. Preferred Location: Atlanta GA Metro We’re looking for a friendly, insightful, strategic SEO Specialist who’s as comfortable in client meetings as they are in keyword research. This is a remote WFH role with flexible hours, plenty of autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact on healthcare businesses. What You’ll Do: Serve as the go-to SEO strategist for a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted guide and point of contact. Plan, develop, and execute advanced SEO strategies tailored to each client's goals and market conditions. Virtually meet with clients to review performance, set priorities, and build long-term trust. Conduct keyword research, content audits, on-page optimization, and technical SEO reviews. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure all work is aligned with best SEO practices. Analyze rankings, traffic, conversions, and engagement across client dashboards. Provide actionable insights via clear, friendly reporting through email and client calls. Help develop and implement SEO strategies for YouTube content (titles, thumbnails, tags) when applicable. Stay curious, keep learning, and contribute to continuous improvements in our processes and results. What You Bring: 2+ years of SEO experience in an agency or client-facing environment. Confidence presenting strategy, performance, and recommendations to health care entrepreneurs, physicians, agency owners, and business owners. Deep understanding of Google search, local SEO, and content optimization best practices. Working knowledge of tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and, Adobe, YouTube Studio. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal—with a warm, professional tone. Ability to self-manage while working remotely and staying focused on outcomes. A genuine passion for helping businesses grow, and a strong work ethic to match. A clear understanding that AI is a tool - not a replacement for original thought and creativity - this is a big one! Bonus If You Have: Experience optimizing YouTube content or video SEO strategies. Background in healthcare, wellness, or local service-based industries.
