The uniquely tailored services we provide require pre-payment and or a deposit.  Payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except unless otherwise stated. Ad Spend: Any refund request will be remaining amount of unspent ad budget, minus any deposits, ad credits (or vouchers), agency fees, taxes and any other incurred costs, including advance work and due diligence.  Request should be send to refund@roxdig.com.
